One Word Graphics are a sign, print and display company based in Peterborough. They specialise in the production of all types of signage, from internal and external signs through to vehicle livery, exhibition graphics, banners and large format digital print - all produced in-house.

The company approached Sensation to provide an updated brand identity which included a new logo, associated branded elements such as signage and business stationery and also extensive work on their website including designing a new simplified look and providing a complete rebuild to enhance performance.

The design combines the number ‘1’ with the letter ‘W’ as a graphic - perfect for the logo. This simplistic idea almost makes light of the design consideration involved.

To quote the iconic designer Paul Rand: “Design is so simple that's why it is so complicated.” The result is a clean logo that is easy to recognise and memorable.

Part of the task for One Work Graphics was establishing an updated brand identity. Following the logo design other items were produced to create a basic brand style.

With this in place, communications could be developed by the in-house designers following the new branding style including fonts, colours, imagery and layout.

We also created new banners, images and icons - all of which follow the new branding style to create a slick omni-channel quality to the brand at all touch points.
